Do you like to sing? Would you like to be part of Philadelphia's Premier LGBTQ chorus? Then come out and audition!
Don't worry if you haven't sung in a chorus before, or if it's been a while. The artistic director Daniel Schwartz holds auditions privately and will help you in recognizing your voice part.
Auditions are held at the William Way Community Center (1315 Spruce St, Philadelphia) and are very low-key. You may choose to prepare a song selection if you wish. The Artistic Director will be listening to ensure you have pitch-match ability (being able to sing in key). The artistic director will have you sing some scales to find your singing voice part (soprano, alto, tenor, bass). Music reading is encouraged but not required. Auditions generally take less than 15 minutes.
