Philadelphia Voices of Pride Web Presence Terms of Service

These purpose of these Terms of Service (TOS) is to establish a common set of values and practices that all interested parties will adhere to concerning but not limited to the content, approval, process, arbitration, and any other matters relating to blog posts in the Philadelphia Voices of Pride (PVOP) web presence.

  1. The “PVOP web presence” is herein defined to mean any and all sites that officially represent PVOP online. This includes but is not limited to PVOP’s website, Facebook, Twitter, Youtube, Vimeo, Soundcloud, Pinterest, and Squarespace pages.

  2. Unless otherwise noted, such as in a form including but not limited to: the post coming from the admin of the PVOP web presence, the articles and opinions expressed in the PVOP web presence are solely representative of their author(s). IN NO WAY DOES PVOP ASSUME ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR THE OPINIONS EXPRESSED THEREIN.

  3. PVOP reserves the right to edit / censor / remove / and otherwise alter content added to the PVOP web presence at the discretion of the website committee. The website committee will make good faith efforts to retain the original author’s intent; however, final editorial approval remains in the authority of the website committee.

  4. Comments must not be disrespectful in any way, shape or form. The website committee reserves final authority to edit / censor / remove / and otherwise alter comments.

  5. These TOS will not supersede any federal, state, or local law, statute, regulation, or other rule.

  6. BY ADDING CONTENT IN ANY PART OF THE PVOP WEB PRESENCE, YOU AGREE TO ABIDE BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE AND FURTHERMORE WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO LITIGATION IN ANY FORM AGAINST PVOP OR ANY OF ITS AGENTS, OFFICERS, BOARD MEMBERS, COMMITTEE MEMBERS, OR ANYONE ACTING ON BEHALF OF THE ORGANIZATION.
